In the gastronomic restaurant, La Table du Centenaire, or in the bistro, Chez Chloé, you can discover the wine list and take the benefit of her recommendations.

Moreover, the references displayed, you will always find some hidden “special features” that she also uses for food and wine pairings.

In February 2023, Chloé decided to follow a wine training, to obtain a certification « Wine & Spirit Education Trust » level 3, she has successfully obtained it, thanks to her determination and admiration for the wine industry. This degree is seen as a steppingstone to the Master of Wine qualification, considered to be one of the highest levels of knowledge in the wine industry.

After getting this certification, she set up wine tastings for the costumers, to brighten up their stays, in order to forward her knowledges and skills of Bergerac and Monbazillac wines.

For regional wines, Chloé is in collaboration with quality winegrowers, as Domaine du Haut Montlong, Château de Poulvère or even Julien de Savignac, owner-harvester and merchant-breeder specialized in the marketing of wines and spirits.

Chloé wants to share her passion with her team, so she organizes sessions of wine tasting for volunteers. Her objective is to show them the several aromas, in terms of taste, smell and sight.

“Through these moments of sharing, I love pay homage to the winegrowers and of course enhance the moment where our customers discover the cooking of my husband. These pairings give sense to both wines and food.”
