Chef Mathieu Métifet joins the Maîtres Cuisiniers de France
In February 2020, chef Mathieu Metifet joined the « Maîtres Cuisiniers de France » association alongside his mentors Philippe Doki-Thonon (Réunion Island) and Jean-Yves Homo (Nouvelle-Aquitaine). Created in 1949, the association brings together 250 French chefs from all over the world. “Its goal is to preserve, develop and pass on French gastronomy as an art form”.
